The Operation section continues to get things done.  We are in our fourth month and are doing well at a constant changing mission.  We will lose a few of our members soon as they will redeploy back to the states.  They have been an integral part of our success and ability to do the job at hand.  
       Operations maintain a 24 hour surveillance of all activities and functions on our FOB and for our mission.   We continue to develop the best practices and procedures for effective operations.  The personnel of this section continue to work at being the best while limited in personnel and staff experience.  
       


The communication and Automation section of our battalion while being small is anything but lacking in ability.  This section is responsible for all computers, printers, networks as well as radios and electronic warfare equipment.  They continue to do things well and are expecting a busy summer with the heat and its effect on electronics.
